I admit that my evidence is anecdotal and limited to my personal experience. How exactly do you know that the people who go to the fountain do not live in Suwanee? Did you follow them home?

Suwanee Town Center is a bit of a regional draw, especially if there is an event in the park that day. People come from quite a distance, myself included, to go to the shops and restaurants. If it were down the street in George Pierce Park, I would say it was most likely local people.
