Wait, wait. Did you say onsite bar?

All y'all are overlooking the most amazing part of this place, apparently.

I just purchased, as an investment, three weeks ago. I did not know of any major overhaul. I know the pool by our building is getting a complete makeover.

Sounds awesome to me, too.

But I know someone who used to live in Cross Creek and hung out at that bar often. He said there was "a lot of drama" amongst the people he hung out with there, and I think that's one of the things that made him move (he rented).

He used to love to hook up with all the divorced moms and stuff people were referencing here. It sounds like there is quite a crew at Cross Creek.

Of course, the people he associated with are probably not the same people I would associate with!

Actually I wonder if the bar hurts or helps the property values at Cross Creek. I remember being leery of the compex when I was single, as I assumed it must be full of alcoholics who need a bar within walking distance. . .

Cross Creek is excellent. We used to slip off and play golf over there 2 or 3 times a month, and it was so close by that nobody hardly missed you.
