Maybe you should move your walking efforts outside with the weather being so nice and you could find a walking partner or two to join you for the fresh air.
Are you training for the Publix Marathon? You must be up to 20 miles on your long run by now, eh?

I am training for the Country Music Marathon but I'm a little ahead in my training. I have to lay out 18 miles tomorrow. So I'm thinking of running the Publix as part of my training...or really just to get the shirt.

I don't train for any specific time goal. I just like to train and run long distances.

Sorry to hijack...just wanted to chat marathon...

I agree about the walking outside. It has been really nice lately. I have been working out using the cd and taking walks in the morning.

Thanks guys for your input
