Yeah, those northern and Midwest cities are too cold in the winter. Westcoast has too many earthquakes. Texas and Arizona is to hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.

I don't know why this is brought up so much. Atlanta is pretty unremarkable. You generally can't see the rolling hills as they aren't very high. And the tree canopy is overrated. There are a lot of places with trees.

Yep NY is more segregated than Atlanta. Atlanta is more mixed than anything now.
