I had a feeling that this decision to reduce neighborhood patrols would get some negative feedback.

That sucks if it is true.

I hope that the Midtown neighborhood crowd will aggressively attend the city council meetings in huge numbers and really hold Chief Turner & Mayor Reed's feet to the fire. Playing internal politics should not be done on the backs of the Atlanta taxpaying voters.

Chances are good that midtowners are sufficiently motivated.

I guess DeKalb got the message--no real headline news lately. No money--but we have never had any money--so strange. 'Debtors' colony'--change comes very slowly--'The Past' --just keep stomping the grapes of wrath anyway you can.
