Also, does anyone have experience with 3131 Apartments? Apartments in Georgia | Decatur Apartments | 3131 Apartments. They seem to be a more affordable (recently updated) option to be close to the school.
What's your limit on rent?
Also, do want to avail yourself of Emory's transportation system?

Would like to stay under $1,200. I heard parking is terrible on campus so being able to use their transportation would be nice but we will have two cars so it's not required. I'm really trying to find a balance of being close to campus but not having to live with all undergrads.

You might look at these. They're all convenient to campus and I believe all are stops on Emory's Cliff transit system.

Calibre Woods
Post Briarcliff
Briarhill

I particularly like Calibre because it's adjacent to Toco Hill. It's a short walk to plenty of shopping and dining options.

Son and Daughter-in-law were both grad students at Emory. Lived at Calibre and the Conservatory off North Druid, and Sloan Square off LaVista.
