It would have been better if they had just left Lulu's, Bar, Mako's, and World Theater alone. At least Famous Ray's and ESPN Zone would probably still be there. That's a lot more fun than boring old upscale shopping for the kept women of Buckhead to visit during the day.

I really can't imagine a bunch of high end stores being a draw for tourists and conventioneers the way the party district was. All they really had to do was clean it up a little bit.

I bet they can't rent the space out to many high end retailers and CVS or Walgreens ends up being the largest tenant.

I don't believe it. I drove by the site today and construction on BA has resumed! Cranes are now moving and workers are on site.

The ESPN Zone should have been built at the corner of Peachtree and International in the first place!

This should be a nice addition to the Buckhead Village area. It ought to fit in well with some of the other things that have been going on around there.

I wish they would add sidewalks to bar section of Buckhead before this opens

Word has it that the bars will close at midnight, which is plenty late for most folks.
