I appreciate the advice...although I feel like maybe some folks were having some fun at our expense?? Thanks for posting re: Henderson Middle. We'll be renting for a year then looking to buy next spring, so I'll be on the lookout for those areas.

No, not at your expense; the posters here are earnest in their advice. If you are confused by the 'Five Four and a Door' comment, it's a reference to traditional 2-story houses that have 5 windows across the second story facade and 4 windows and door in the center on the first. The neighborhoods referenced have a profusion of them.
