Ok, maybe it's just me... but I remember being able to go to a store (Walmart, Home Depot, something like that) to buy a small patio set. They used to make them where they were just a table, 2-4 chairs and an umbrella. Nothing fancy, just somewhere to sit. I've been trying to find that for a week straight now and I can't find anything like it. I live in North Atlanta near Shallowford at I-85 and we're having an open house this weekend to sell our house and I would like to put a patio set in the back. However, it's a little townhouse so we need a little one. Does anyone know where I can go in that area (or between there and Alpharetta) to find something like that. I don't even care if it's used or new, I just need something small and not too expensive. I would appreciate the help because I'm getting a little frustrated.

I haven't gone to Sears yet, but if I get home early enough I will try that tonight. On Craigslist I keep finding things that are either too expensive or just plain too big. I really need a nice small set to make the patio look good to prospective buyers. I'll keep looking, though, because stuff on there changes every few minutes.

I was in Sears recently. They had tons of patio sets.

Sometimes Publix has them, too.

Another option is Ace Hardware. The one at Toco Hill always has a bunch of patio furniture in front of the store. That's pretty close to Shallowford and 85.

Since Summer is winding down stores are probably not giving as much floor space to patio supplies (time to start making room for christmas junk).

On the bright side, since Fall is right around the corner you might be able to get a clearance deal on the patio furniture.

Home Depot has patio sets 25% off. Maybe that would work for what you need.

Home Depot near Johnson Ferry and Roswell Rd East Cobb had its own patio store. There are also some sets in the Depot itself. I got two loungers and a matching table for very cheap. I spoke with the manager and asked for an additional discount and she said "sure". It never hurts to ask (especially this time of year when they are clearing the stuff out). Its a bit of a drive but might be worth it.

Also try Sam's club. They have a bunch of stuff still and the prices have been reduced. Check the website and call store by you.

Did you check out Ikea? You can start by looking on-line and see if they have anything worth going to pick up.
