What are the Stops for Cobb County Transit #10 bus on Cobb Parkway?

I live at SPSU. I don't have a car so i need to ride the bus. But i've never ridden the bus and CCT maps are confusing. On their maps it doesn't show a stop in front of my school. But there is an obvious bus stop right in front of SPSU (in fact there are two, one on each side of the road).

I need to get to Cumberland Mall, Aldi, and Pointe 15 AMC.

If you know and/or ride CCT # 10, are there any CCT #10 bus stops near these locations? They are all off Cobb Parkway.

Also is there a cross walk near that Aldi (the Aldi is on Spring Rd)?

Is there a cross walk near Cumberland Mall on Cobb Parkway?

Yes, CCT stops near/at all of those places.

Not sure where on SPSU you are seeing the stops, but the ones on Cobb Parkway (south of South Marietta Pkwy) will be for Bus #10. On South Marietta Pkwy, they will be Bus #10 and another bus (forgot the number, but it goes NORTH on Cobb Parkway). So just pay attention.

For Aldi, just ride Bus #10 all the way down Cobb Parkway. It will turn right onto Spring Rd (at a big Lexus dealership). The bus goes up to Cumberland Blvd and takes a left. The Aldi's is just up from the corner of Cumberland Blvd and Spring Rd. You will want to get off BEFORE the turn to Cumberland Blvd. Ask the driver to stop at the nearest stop on Spring Rd before the turn. You will have to cross Cumberland Blvd and walk up Spring Rd (not far - next to McDonald's - yes there are crosswalks).

For Cumberland Mall, ride the bus all the way to the Transit station on Cumberland Blvd (it's a 'mandatory' stop for the bus - big bus depot). Get off there and cross the street to Cumberland Mall. Plenty of lights/crosswalks up from the stop (and down) from the stop.

For the AMC Theater, continue on Bus #10 past Cumberland Mall and the 'bus depot'. It will turn left on Akers Mill Rd and then right back on Cobb Parkway. You will pass some strip malls and then the bus will start to go down a hill. On the left is the complex where the AMC is (Borders Books would be the building you would see, though it's closing now, so not sure if the sign is up). Pull the lever for a stop, and there is a bus stop right after a light. You can cross at the light to get to the theater.

@wxjay -- you really did a great job of outlining all the stops for the #10 - I am sure the OP will appreciate it, and so will many others.

Thanks a lot! That makes so much sense.

By the way, do you know where exactly the bus stops before turning left on Cumberland Blvd? Like does it stop in front of the Wendy's or near Panda Express on Spring Road? I just want to know how far the walk will be.

I know there is a bus stop on the right next to Nalley Lexus (I can picture it), not sure if there is one a bit further down. I am heading in that direction shortly and will try to remember and look.
