Last week when I was in the community I have seen couple of Indians ( I guess you meant Indians when you said Desis). They indicated they bought lots #25 and #31( or so). So yes the SD is aimed at Desis ( you can guess looking at the model which has Indian theme). I find lot of Indians on the Kimball/Alpharetta area. Not sure what drives them to here.
