Curious about Lilburn in the area around FF Trickum & Ronald Reagan Pkwy. Is this a relatively safe area? There is no commute or schools for me to be concerned with. Just wondering how's the general climate in the area.

Thanks!

Very very safe area. I live essentially at that intersection. However, it is actually a Lawrenceville address. A very nice upper middle class area with great schools. Hope this helps!

I'd have to say (officially) that you'd have to check with the local police depts for any crime statistics, but I can say that it is a VERY sought after district (school-wise). Good choice!

Thanks for the responses, guys. My earlier location might have been a wee bit off, but the two subdivisions in particular I'm looking at are:

Garner Creek at Parkview (5 Forks Trickum @ Garner Rd./Pounds Rd.)
Legends at Parkview (Killian Hill @ Arcado Rd)

Any info on these?

Thx!

Haha, yeah, it was. However this is also still a great area. As you can imagine, both neighborhoods are zoned for Parkview High. Also a great area. Very quiet and very safe. Hope this helps too!

I don't think you can go wrong with very many subdivisions in that general vicinity. The neighborhoods are generally stable, with few apartments or other rentals. You end up either in Parkview or Brookwood Schools. Can't go wrong with either cluster

I have to agree with Ericsonga--I live close by and it is very safe and yep Lawrenceville area. Although depending on what time you get off work Ronald Reagan can get busy but it is very quiet, safe.

Thanks again, everyone! That area is on our short list. I've always figured it was very nice in that area.
