I'm not sure if this thread will be allowed to stay. Even though it's directed towards Atlanta area residents, it's still more suited for the politics thread.

I personally like Huntsman but he really does not have a chance so i will go with obama, he is not perfect but he is way better than the current republican frontrunners.

Well funny that Obama didn't significantly change any of the policies from the previous administration (other than don't ask don't tell), either on domestic matters or foreign policy. In fact, even the pull out from Iraq was originally negotiated under Bush, just the exact timing wasn't worked out. They added Obama-care and threatened a bunch of stuff, but they didn't significantly make that many changes.

What is the President's agenda for his next 4 years? He has backtracked on and failed to live up to so many of his previous campaign promises that I don't know what he will run on. I'm guessing he'll fire up the class warfare rhetoric since he has articulated no clear plan.

Like Neil said, there has been little change between the two Presidents and most Libs and Pubs aren't even seeing it.

Does it really matter? It's all a dog and pony show anyway. Regardless of who wins, the next POTUS is going to be a slave to whatever special interest group he is in bed with. And they will continue to rape the country in their own special way, nothing is going to change. I don't want anybody to be the next POTUS, this whole entire system needs to be re-done. Like in the last 20 years the CIA has basically become the 4th branch of gov't, especially overseas and if anything I would pay more attention to who is the captain of that ship over the who is in the White House. Call me a foil hat wearing loon if you want to, it's fine by me, but I wouldn't put it past these people to have already decided who will be the next POTUS this election, and in ones to come.

I voted "other." Would have voted none of the above. But more than likely I will vote for Obama. I don't like any of the GOP candidates and even though the current president isn't all that great IMO I would rather stick with him than any of the other party's candidates.
