So does this mean that there will be alternative decals available for purchase? Pro Choice, Pro Gay Rights, Pro Socialism, et al?
Everybody already has the right to purchase these decals. You can get as many of them as you'd like.
The problem comes when the Big Government types start sticking their snout into the matter. For them, it's not enough that you can already get all the religious stickers you want.

I don't have any issues at all if the slogan in question is an option.
However, if I must pay to NOT use that slogan on my license plate, then I have an issue with it.
You want to relegate Christianity to a small building, it seems. You want it to have nothing to do with the culture. Am I correct?
You did not address this to me, but I'd like to answer anyway. If I had my way, I'd see christianity relegated to the dustbin of history, though I'll settle for a small building. It will eventually happen, but sadly not while any living today are still alive.
Regardless, I have a question.
Why is it important to you that symbols of your religion be present in the public square? Why should the state even offer plates supportive of your religion when they do not do the same for others? What is the harm of government that endorses no religion? Are you afraid people will learn the truth??
OK, that was 4 questions, but your answers should be telling.
Whatever the "history" may be, I can tell you that after faithfully serving this country for the last 20 years in the military that if I am *required* to have "In God We Trust" on my plate (or PAY to NOT have it) when I come home, then I will be the first in line to sue the crap out of the state. It is a CHOICE to believe in God, Allah, Spaghetti Monster...whatever. The state CANNOT force it on me. This will never get any traction anyway, so the arguing is mute.

Nope. God is a neutral observer. Our fate is up to us.
Do you really think the creator of the universe cares which football team is victorious?
So you're saying that God, whom is all-powerful, cannot interject on behalf of His creation?
That's odd thinking.
