Is not in English Avenue/The Bluff it is in Vine City and the Marietta Street Corridor near downtown, not English Avenue. That portion of the source is incorrect and I will go ahead and notify them of this today so thanks for pointing it out. I don't know how you could think that the Vine City Marta station was in English Avenue when it says it is the Vine City Marta station, but anyway...
Also I added all the "formerly" streets on the posting at a previous time, just love Wikipedia and the horrible habit that Atlanta has of renaming streets.
