Hello Bob,

Thanks for the info, you seem to have the pulse of that area. we heard harmony is nice, we also heard bridgemill, someone mentioned great sky, and town lake i think.......and from what we understand the schools are good and it is a realitively safe area......we are looking for that quality of life that it seems like those areas/communities offer......i just hope the commute doesnt wear me down....

do you have any other suggestions/info for us...

Towne Lake is a nice area, though I believe it's fully built out, so you'd be buying a resale home.

Bridgemill is great, but as someone mentioned, it's huge- something like 4,500 homes. I got lost in there for around 30 minutes after I made a wrong turn....lol.

Great Sky is also a nice subdivision, but you're getting pretty far out of town- it's about 10 miles further out than Harmony, so you've got to add that to your commute time. Governor's Preserve is another great development, but like Great Sky, it's a ways out.

Bob

U can get a whooooole lotta house for 3 to 350. GA houses are cheaper than anywhere else . Security issues are the same everywhere, now. Get an alarm system and a dog that will bark if someone comes on yr turf.
