This is a very creative fundraising concept...
Couples who want to get married at Piedmont Park and save money can apply to participate in a “Say I Do” wedding marathon at Atlanta’s largest park on June 21 or 22.
Ceremonies will take place at Piedmont Park’s Dockside and start at $600. Proceeds benefit the continued maintenance and enhancement of Piedmont Park.
According to the website, Piedmont Park Conservancy and its preferred vendors will provide:
Dockside ceremony site
Wedding officiant for all denominations
Photography service (with option to purchase additional)
White ceremony chairs (20)
Ceremony music
Wedding floral backdrop
Choice of brides bouquet for duration of ceremony
Wedding planner to assist with ceremony
Champagne toast for you and your guests
Option to live stream your ceremony to family and friends around the world via SKYPE...
