You sure seem to be fascinated with the potential benefits but you are clueless of the big picture and unwilling to look beyond your fascination with transit to even acknowledge the significant problems with the plan. I'm not sure whether it is a stubbornness or if you lack the ability to reason.

I use transit everyday, so any expansion is great news. I do understand the problems, too much of the same, road expansion and will lead to more congestion. But I understand, as someone stated above, that there needs to be a good mix for the TIA to pass. More people use cars, but if rail-based transit was expanded maybe someone of those would use transit?
