As I remember, the only thing hipster in Savannah is SCAD.

Eh, lots of silliness here. I've got significant experience with places like Savannah and Santa Fe - while both are beautiful places, hipster they are not. Some of the cities on this list (like the two mentioned), are more of a draw for the older-folks-with-money than young hipsters. Where I live currently, Albuquerque in reality is much more of a hotspot for the young & hip than Santa Fe, and I'd say the same holds true for Atlanta vs. Savannah.
