My job is relocating to marietta. I'm concerned about finding an apartment because a coworker stated the rental company sent verification to every previous address on his credit report (even those that no longer show as negative marks on his report). My concerned is that as an older person (36) I haven't always had the best rental history. Over the last 10 years, however, it has been impeccable. Will I be able to find a place to live? Do you know of any complexes in the area that are not as strict?
