Large cities simply don't work that way -- they are very large, complex multifactorial systems. We've got nearly 6 million distinct beings spread out over hundreds of square miles. Many of them have unique situations, and the circumstances are constantly evolving.

So you can't isolate out one little patch and try to evaluate impacts on the whole system
Large metro areas act like organisms. Everything effects something else. So a new transit line in Atlanta will effect Cobb or Gwinnett County. The 400/285 interchange rebuild will effect the southside.

Police, Fire, Ambulance all need to have access to you.... Maybe since you don't use roads we can just remove the road to your house. And when you need emergency help you can walk/bike to the nearest road.

Untie the knot. This is a campaign with very little information available and I'm fearful that the masses who don't do their research will vote for the slogan while lacking understanding on just what this initiative is about. When are these 150+ project supposed to unfold over the 10 years? What is the specific plan?
Sounds like another way to put money in the hands of political supporters? I was looking on the website and all it talks about is the 285/400 and 20/285 exchange but what I don't see is the specifics on what will change. Where is the blueprint of the "new transportation" option?
All they keep flashing is jobs and reducing traffic but the details are not specific. 1% increase, I don't think so. How about independent audits by outside parties of the transportation division as it stands now? I bet money that the money provided could be spent better than it is now.
