Would appreciate your opinions/advice in the following situation that recently happened to me:

I am an individual that has been discriminated against by an Atlanta Real Estate Company. For the purposes of this issue, please note that I have a documented physical disability and am a senior citizen. There is documentation available to prove Misrepresentation/Fraud as it pertains to the Seller (being myself). My purpose in this forum is to get ideas as to how to present this matter to the owner of the Real Estate Company in a non threatening manner as my only hope is to be made whole for the devastating financial hardship that has been placed on me due to this situation. I am aware of the E & O Insurance carrier for this firm and based on the research that I have performed, my situation appears under the Risk Management section of Disclosure & Documentation

1. The Real Sales Agent forged my initials on a sales counteroffer contract as it pertained to agreeing to a professional house cleaning and five (5) days later asked for my permission to initial for me.

2. The Real Estate Sales Agent failed to advise me for five (5) days this sales counteroffer contract had been accepted and as I was unaware and had to ask what was happening with the counteroffer.

3. The Real Estate Sales Agent failed to disclose information as requested on the home inspection, appraisal, closing and sales listing.

4. In negotiation emails, the Real Estate Sales Agent numerous times identified himself as a Tennis Professional instead of a Realtor in emails sent to me.

S. The Real Estate Sales Agent failed to Deliver Signed Documents on a timely basis and in a manner as the Real Estate Law in Georgia dictates.

6. The Real Estate Broker failed to provide proof for termination of contract and return of earnest money as both Buyer and Seller signed off on two (2) different reasons for the same termination. Earnest Money was returned to Buyer for a falsified reason.
