If that happens I will move to the Perimeter next. I will never pay a penny to ride Ga 400. (I like to move to a different part of the city every 1-2 years)

Broken promises aside, I would be happy KEEPING the toll if they halved it to $0.25.

I think that there are many sections of our interstate highways in the metro area that should be tolled provided that the fares are used for improvements and expansions of the metro road system. Our gas tax, ad valorem taxes... those get spread out across the state. If we want to improve our own plight, I imagine that we will have to do it with locally generated revenue.

I always believed that the ad valorem tax stated in your county. Is that not true?
