Go to page 11 and look in the left corner. There is a restaurant that looks exactly like a CCF and says 'The Cheesecake Factory', in their logo on the door. None of the pictures of what the mall will look like has that, but it wouldn't make sense for them to just have random tenant renderings and have a detailed rendering of a Cheesecake Factory there, too. It definitely says The Cheesecake Factory on the door, I'm sure of it. It just wouldn't make sense for them to throw a rendering of a CCF if one is not coming. I don't think I've seen a rendering that doesn't use 'Tenant' everywhere or store/restaurant names but they usually happen.
Once again, the 4 images at the top of page 14 are images that were inspirations for the design features on several parts of the mall. If you notice the other images are not part of the actual mall redesign either. Only the large rendering at the bottom of the page is reflective of the actual design.

The S Prado NE entrance from Piedmont (across from the botanical garden entrance) is closed for construction. It appears to be some streetscaping which will add a raised median to this wide intersection. This should improve pedestrian safety for those walking on the southbound side of Piedmont, and improve the aesthetics of one of the nicest neighborhoods in Atlanta. I always wondered why the roads in Ansley Park were so wide.

Okay, I do have to brag a bit. People kept telling me I was wrong, but just to let you know, The Cheesecake Factory's lease on Peachtree has NOT been renewed by the owner. It was in their top 10 in revenue, so there's no way it's just closing. There are more rumors about it opening at Lenox, too, and I am sure it will. Lenox Square Grill has closed as well, so there is an additional restaurant space.
