I think this market is going to need more parking. That parking lot that they are building now isn't going to be enough

They're probably doing it on purpose. Better hope Beltline transit comes very soon, though.

There is a covered parking space area too in addition to the parking lot that they have not paved.



It is the white block labeled retail parking. I don't think the street is wide enough to incorporate street parking on Krog Street itself.

I don't envision a problem. Plenty of people live within walking distance. Also, it's common in these areas for people to park on residential streets and walk a block or two rather than parking in a lot adjacent to their destination.

No, but there is plenty of residential blocks all around the project. Visitors can walk a couple blocks. Surface parking takes up valuable land that can be used for income generating projects.
