Don't get too excited- the project is a medical office building, a hospice, and a 100-bed hospital, which could potentially have that hiring effect over time, but the hospital portion of the project is slated to be built in about 10 years. The medical office building will come first (1-2 years), and the hospice was described as being built "when the need presents itself". Wellstar is just planting their flag in response to Northside's replacement hospital up in Canton, which has started sitework already.
