I definitely wouldn't send a woman in her early 20's interested in safety to Cabbagetown!

I wouldn't send her to East Atlanta either. It's an interesting area, but not known for safety.

Buckhead has always been the gold standard that falls in and out of favor depending on what is popular at the time. Most parts of Midtown and VaHi are very good.

You know what I mean. Those young people with the beards and glasses all look the same to me. That is not diversity in my book.

I live in Cabbagetown. The people you are describing make up only a small minority of the types of people who live there. I would even say that most of them don't live in the neighborhood.
