Nothing has been written about this area for a very long time. What's the opinion of it now and also Beaver Dam Road please? We are considering moving back to PTC to retire and are just checking out options.

Wynnmeade has always been considered the "other" side of the tracks (literally) in Peachtree City and the closest thing there resembling a ghetto. LOL. But if you've lived in PTC before you know all this already. Wynnmeade has a very active HOA and in recent years they've made bold attempts to turn the neighborhood around and get for of much of the rental properties that were causing all the problems. I know people who own property there and say its fine, and others who say you couldn't pay them to live in Wynnmeade. It's really what you're used to and expectations are.
