The funny thing is that just last year, the Peachtree Place @ W. Peachtree corner of the parking lot to be removed for this project was extensively/expensively renovated & given more security. It seems as though that was such a waste in retrospect but I'm very glad to see another big surface lot bite the dust!

$$$ parking company gets from sale >>>>>>>>> $$$ it cost to renovate the lot.

Construction on that project is scheduled to begin this month. They will build the parking deck for AGL first and then the apartment tower.
