Looking at 77 12th new Midtown Apartments.( 1st phase will be ready to move in a few months)

What do you think of the area?

Is it safe?

What do you think of the development?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks.

If a 700 sq apartment is starting out at $1700 in Atlanta, there is a 99% chance that its one of the safest, most desirable locations in the city.

10 minute walk to Piedmont park, tons of restaurants/clubs close by, chick fil a on peachtree & 14th (everyone loves chic fil a), you'll be in the middle of it all.

Great area. Convenient to a lot of restaurants, lots of clubs on Crescent Ave, and only 2 blocks from Midtown Station.

Yes it is safe.

Hey Julie,

We have taken the plunge and put a deposit down on an apartment there.....I think it looks really cool and the location is perfect for us....walking distance to so many bars and restaurants, Piedmont Park and Marta at Midtown Station.

Personally I can't wait to move in!

That is probably the hottest apartment building in Atlanta. The only negative is the city noise that you will hear but besides that it is the perfect location. Imagine being able to walk to Music Midtown, Dogwood/Jazz festival at Piedmont Park and not have to worry about parking

It is a great location IMO if you want to be in Midtown. You can walk to lots of restaurants, shopping and best of all, Piedmont Park.

The apartment building is part of the overall 1010 Midtown "plan". 1010 Midtown is the high-rise condominium building across the street from it. The developer also built the Lowe's Hotel across from it too. My clients purchased a unit on the 33rd floor and have been very happy so far.

You will also be on the Midtown Mile Visit Midtown

"In the grand scheme" wouldn't high rents be a good thing to encourage more developers to build more condos/apt's in town?

Yes, it would but some of us can't afford to drop 1700 a month to rent a condo. I guess I have to stay on the other side of Midtown... Lol
