Thank you. I will check it out.

I just found out on Friday that my office is in chamblee, what would be a good neighborhood to live? I want to avoid driving too long if possible.

Thank you

Dunwoody or Brookhaven would probably be the best options to go to Chamblee or Chamblee itself. Rentals may or may not include some or all of your utilities but they should tell you before renting. Most often if they do include something it will be water and you are on your own for power and tv/internet but they do vary.

On your tax question we have federal income taxes, state income taxes, and sales tax. Sales tax is like the value added taxes in Europe(but much lower than Europe) and you pay it whenever you buy something the only difference is we add ours to the price instead of it already being included so when something costs $10 it will be more like $10.60 or $10.70 with tax. Income taxes have to be filed between January and April of each year and there are separate forms for state and federal. You may want to have a tax preparer handle this for you if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself. Your employer will withhold estimated taxes out of your paychecks and pay the government on your behalf every year but you still have to file to see if the amount they estimated was correct or too high or too low.
