The movie theatre is clean but the crowd is very kid and family-centric. It is not always easy to focus on a movie when you have a group of kids drifting from one screen to another. The Starbucks in front of the movie theatre is not really a coffee shop. It is a daycare facility disguised as a coffee shop.

I would not agree that "any" place in Gwinnett County is safe. I, for one. would not feel safe with my wife or daughter driving alone off of Jimmy Carter or in the Gwinnett Village area alone late at night.

That movie theatre is in North Fulton, not Gwinnett. It is next to Northview high (5 minutes away) and a couple of other elementary schools. That's why so many kids over that theatre.

Nesha,

For future reference, you're more likely to get replies if you post a new topic rather than post a new question in an existing topic thread that is over one year old.

When it comes to Theaters in Gwinnett I usually choose the Mall of Georgia or Discovery Mills. The area you are talking about is fine. Most of Gwinnett offers no problem with the exception of Jimmy Carter and Buford Highway south of Exit 101. Pleasant Hill Road 30096 by Gwinnett Place gets a little hairy at night to mostly due to the mixture of bars and the downtrodden mall.
The area is going through some changes in which it is now known as Koreatown, due to the massive influx of Korean folks. With this, you will find their stores and shops spotless like the HMart. Gwinnett is placing some SPLOST dollars in the area too. If the mall area approves then the rest will follow. Jimmy Carter though? That area has a long way to go.
