The title explains the question. We're looking at houses near peachtree hills park and are wondering if the fenced-in area that is mostly lightly-treed field on both sides of Peachtree Hills Ave NE is eventually going to be apartments or part of the park, or something else. Thanks!

Someone is going to know more than me, but I think it was a failed development from just before the recession.

There was an old aging apartment complex there before it.

I really don't know the details.

It was planned to be an upscale senior community. Do not know the status now.

It is/was going to be Peachtree Hills Place, as LovinDecatur described, an upscale senior community. The development was put on hold during the housing crisis. . .not sure where it stands right now.
