This has been going on for almost a year. Every weekend they shut down lane between 75 and Ashford Dunwoody.

What are they doing up here? When are they going to get around to the southside?

I don't know but I am really tired of the 75-285 interchange being shut down every weekend. They need to finish this already and move on.

I've noticed this too and it's infuriating. It seems like they're paving it in a two-step process which I guess is a good thing because the first step left the bridges an inch higher than the road.

I think they're also doing some work to prepare for the variable speed limits.

Well I don't entirely agree with that. Parts of the top-end perimeter were pretty bad with rough pavement and potholes. Nothing as bad as downtown of course, but some fixing was needed.

I found an article from last year when it started and the original plan was for it to be completed in August.
