If anyone does stumble across a floor plan for a Pulte Townsend condo basement, I'd sure like to see it. We bought an unfinished Pulte basement and although the first two floors have published floor plans the basement remains a closely guarded secret.
The only thing I can think of is they somehow feel they'll lose future business
by letting owners see the specifications. Of course, not everyone wants a Pulte finished basement.
I'd measure it myself but I figure they'd have standardized sizes on record.

Generally, there is no reason to give an "artist rendition" of a basement plan because one, they don't finish "basements" and two, generally- the dimensions will be the same as the first floor rendering (sans wall thicknesses).
And for those that aren't capable of reading fine print-
"Floor plans and elevations are artist's conception and are not intended to show specific detailing. Floor plans are the property of PulteGroup, Inc. and its affiliates and are protected by U.S. copyright laws."

That's why.
But, you can go to the convening authority-building/planning dept. and ask to see the record on your specific lot/unit and it will give you demensions as per plan (I say per plan because that may not be exactly what you get in the field).

Thanks for the tip. Got a reply back from Pulte saying the same thing.
Guess I'll just measure myself.
