It would appear that way, but this is the first I've heard of. I've heard the name of the fellow mentioned in the article, but I don't know what piece of property they're talking about. It would be somewhere north of Fayetteville near the Old National corridor and much closer to the city and airport than the Pinewood project.

I also liked how the story said "for any other studios that may come into the county in the future."

When "new studios" become simply matters of zoning and not front-page news, I'd say the industry has been accepted and is likely here to stay.
