Lawn care recommendations for East Cobb area (Roswell, Marietta: home, contractor)

I had one lawn care company for 4 years at the end of which period my back lawn was basically bare soil and the front lawn was 90% weed. I restored the back yard with zoysia and found another contractor. However, the new contractor is a nightmare to deal with because it's a large company so they have separate teams for lawn mowing, weed control, shrub care etc. So in the last 5 months I've already had to deal with 3 managers, 3 office personnel and 3 different teams of technicians because obviously each team comes and does the least they can and then leave. And everybody is blaming everybody else. What a nightmare!

I'm looking for either a one-person company or a company small enough that I only have to deal with one team of technicians.

When I do a search online, then most posts tell me which companies NOT to go with. It seems like I'm not the only one who is struggling to find somebody reliable. When I dropped the company I was with for 4 years and asked one of my neighbors why they were still with them even though they acknowledged that the service is not great they said "at least they show up". So that's it? For $2,500 a year I should just be happy that they show up? Well, today my company did the weed control service on my lawn. They came, sprayed part of the front yard and left without touching the back yard at all. They were out in less than 5 minutes and I'm charged $40 for each treatment.

If anybody is happy with their lawn service in the Marietta/Roswell area please let me know.

Arbornomics comes and sprays for weeds and puts down fertilizer 7-8 times a year. I've never been home when they came, but I haven't seen a weed in years. So, I guess you could say I'm happy with them. If you pay for the last treatment, they come again, I've never talked with anyone from the company other than the initial visit.
