Im no genius, and this is not rocket science. Maybe the confusions stems from this not being the kind of controversy many CD folks are accustiomed to. But still, I can remember while living in South L.A; the pandemonioum growing around anticipation of big sports/entertainment events in town too. People preparing to attend or just be around the excitement, hoping to catch a glimpse of a celeb or the eye of someone hot. So yes, there is a relation, when some people decide to get the 'hair, the car or nails did, or as we used to say back in the day, "jump sharp" for the gala event!
