Areas around Perimeter Mall would fall in Dunwoody, which is very expensive, unless you rent. Otherwise, Dunwoody is nice if you can afford it...

Thanks for the info guys. In the other thread Kevk said that there is MARTA too. So I think it should be nice there. I'll be staying nearby the perimeter mall in the company provided guest house until I get an assignment to work with their client and rent a house. This forum is really useful and I appreciate you all.

oh, please.
Dunwoody is very nice. And guess what, people there even volunteer on the weekends! In fact, just last week, I planted trees at the great Black/White tree hugging gay and lesbian civic action day!

Default Crime? In Atlanta? Your kidding...right?

Gun laws are quite favorable here for ownership and with good reason. Highly advised AND encouraged if you work in town. Hey, it's your life, prepare anyway you like.

It's bad....real bad.....suburbs are fine for the most part though.....

See you soon.

Default Perimeter

It's fine in the daytime. Dunwoody starts NORTH of this area.....Perimeter at night can have trouble. More so around the mall and East of there.....not what it used to be....good restaurants and bars though....
