As the Georgia Department of Transportation had promised earlier, the Ga. Highway 400 tollbooths are scheduled to shut down on Nov. 21

I am. I was too cheap to pay 50 cents to ride on Ga 400.

Will Make no difference to me, I don't avoid GA400 due to the toll. The time/hassle/mileage cost to avoid it is too much to not pay the .50 cents

Update: Yes, I will use it when Free, The same amount I use it now. Free or Toll'ed

Absolutely!

I think the OP is saying he would take any route, even if longer, to avoid paying the toll.

I have a friend who finally placed a hefty sum on a card or either that device that goes on your windshield right before they announced they were ending the toll. I know I have a sick sense of humor, but she was so pissed off that I couldn't help but DWL. So I'm guessing there are not going to be any refunds.

Did you go to the strip clubs last night?

No. I'm actually not a fan of them. I'm against giving away my hard earned money just for a dance. I will go but I'm not spending over $20

Probably try to avoid it -- at least the tolls kept the traffic down somewhat. Now it's going to be a free-for-all. I loved our PeachPass, skimming by all the people lined up at the toll booth, we had one for years. Now ALL the lanes will be clogged. Meh.

I've only used it once or twice since living here. Just never went to that area that much.

.50 is nothing compared to what I've paid in FL or visiting family in the Mid-Atlantic. I never got the big damn deal about it.
