Wow, so many people with sticks up their asses around here. He's just worried PCM is only going to cater to rich people instead of serving the whole community by providing staples as well as luxuries. What's so hard to understand about that?

That's a totally legitimate point.

However, it's a slightly different question when you couch it in terms of "all white, upper class" people.

That being said, it wouldn't kill them to include a dollar store or at least one of those small Walmarts at PCM. Even rich people need to buy toothpaste and toilet paper.

I have a feeling that the rents will be prohibitive to a dollar store.

It doesn't have to be at the front door. But suppose you live there and you need a few basics. Are you supposed to leave the complex and walk or drive to a shopping center?

They have a grocery store in the strip mall across the street plus Murder Kroger is next to PCM for that
