Cumming is a growing place and its hard to see if the prices would stabilize if any sooner. You have lot of area where any prod builder can create a sub-division. Now why would one buy a old house if he/she going to get a new house for the same price. Happened to my friends so telling from my experience.

On the contrary Alpharetta and Johnscreek on fulton side is tapped out. No new construction is coming up. So there is still "hope" that home values will retain.

Just my 2cents

Thanks for sharing yr views .I what to discuss it with you further,if you don't mind
So actually you mean buying a new construction is a better decision in case of cumming,Am I right? But this is also true that if it is older by 5-10 years it is'nt that old and we always get more for our money in an existing construction rather than new,no i am not against your opinion but just putting forward my view.

I mean you are better off by purchasing a old house in alpharetta/Johns creek if your concern is resale value.

If you want big house for the money you are better off by purchasing a new construction in cummint

Just my opinions
