I think it looks like it is west, rather than south, of the King and Queen.

Really I think it is East and its intention was to photo only the part of PCID area that is Sandy Springs....

You're right.

The Circular Spire is on the far side of the picture.

This picture was definitely taken Southwest of Perimeter Center.

I believe this was taken from a Buckhead high-rise. There is almost no perspective to the shot, giving the idea that it was taken form far away. And when I want to try to figure these things out, I use 3D buildings in Google Earth, and I was about in Buckhead before I could get things to line up like they are in the shot. Bbay just woke up, but I'll see if I can get a better idea later.
