I think this should have its own thread so as plans come down the pipeline we can post them here.
Since MARTA and Walton Communities has reached a deal on redevelopment of King Memorial Station, Edgewood-Candler Park Station is up next.
Next Up For Mixed-Use Redo: Edgewood-Candler Park Station - MARTA Overhauls - Curbed Atlanta
I remember attending a NPU-O meeting in 2012 where a developers presented these 2 plans.

I didn't see a mention of an area set aside for the transfer to the Beltline. This could be a pretty desirable spot once phase two comes online.

This is too far east for a transfer to the BeltLine. You may be thinking of Inman Park-Reynoldstown Station.

I'd been thinking that the Beltline connection would make for an interesting TOD at the Inman Park/Reynoldstown station until someone linked to this page on MARTA development. According to the Inman Park station profile, the lot in front of the station is owned by GDOT, so MARTA can't do anything with it. Maybe the state will decide to do more with some very valuable property?

I've never seen them full, but there is definitely a lot of use on both sides of DeKalb Avenue. Surrounding areas are mostly single family homes, so it would be hard to expand if they ever needed to. I hope they aren't being short-sighted.

The south lot is never full. A lot of riders walk, or transfer from connecting buses. Drivers will use the developments parking garage.

Less ER but in general that's acceptable at a transit station.
