In many recent threads discussing the new Porsche HQ there is a common misconception that its in Hapeville, but in reality the office part of the complex will technically be within the city of Atlanta, albeit barely. Atlanta will definitely use it to their advantage but I think Hapeville has more to gain from this development economically than Atlanta which is a win-win!

Hallman said that Porsche wants frontage along I-75 which puts it in Atlanta’s city limits. But he (Hapeville Mayor) said that was fine for his city.

Again this isn't anything against Hapeville, I actually might invest in some property in Hapeville within the next year because of this development and my perception of the potential and current beauty of both Central Avenues along the Railroad tracks!
