I walked around BA twice this weekend. It was around 8pm with only 2 restaurants open it was a decent crowd out. Once all 12 restaurants open expect for the streets to be packed. It had a great vibe with plenty of security.

The second stage of Emory Point is all framed up and the facade is going up. It is getting an upscale grocery, and is a story taller than phase 1 (6 stories tall). Liked the scale of phase I better--makes that part of Clifton feel sort of like a canyon now.

I know this doesn't have anything to do with the projects mentioned, but I read last year that the downtown building with the big Coke sign was being converted to a Walgreen's. Did that not happen? Why hasn't it started?
