I think it will be a considerable amount of time before PCM is a true competitor of LS even within the group of shoppers who live intown. I think it will be relatively unlikely for PCM to compete regionally. That being said, I hope the place knocks it out of the ballpark!

I thought it was more an indoor food market and restaurants with a select few stores?

PCM has about 330k square feet of retail and restaurants. I think they are going to have at least 12-15 restaurants and food vendors. That should equal to at least 100k square feet with over 200k square feet available for retail.

I believe it will be a shopping destination but much more along the lines of Westside Urban Market than Lenox or Phipps. I expect it to be another great option for those intown 'hoods.

Nice. I wonder who is going to buy that land were Reign and Vanquish Lounge is at on Peachtree St and 10th st because that is a prime spot. Midtown is going to feel like a real city in a few years. Hopefully there will be no parking lots between North Ave and 17th St in a few years

Ok, went to the link above and saw this link. Had to chuckle. Don't know where else to put it and starting a new thread might get me in trouble.....
