I look at the link is that RHODES TOWER UPTOWN IS A PROPOSAL OR ALREADY BUILT

Midtown Square has been planned since 1988, lets see what else, he basically ruined the Campanile building by taking off the top. The Rhodes Tower has been around for decades as well. Don't look for anything big involving him.

Why would you think this has been built already??? If it's been built, I would like to know where it is in the skyline?
