This is great info. My sister lived in Grant Park from 1995 to 2002 so I know the Boulevard corridor fairly well. Hearing that that area has boomed is great news.

Boulevard between Freedom Parkway and Ponce is just as dingy as it ever was, but the other side of Freedom parkway has improved a lot.
