I was reading this in article Study: Pedestrian access a challenge for new Braves stadium | www.ajc.com

Does anyone know why this is allowed? Just in general to have the Cumberland area have an Atlanta address but be in Cobb. This is a way, IMO, to use the "Atlanta brand" and not pay the same as real Atlantans. Again, IMO, if you use the Atlanta name you should pay what Atlanta pays, including the MARTA tax. Seems like something a lot of the burbs are good for, using up Atlanta when it feels the need and then down talk the area like Atlanta is no good.

I hate that!
